When paying on-line you MUST mail in your completed registration form in order to be registered.

Guest Tickets - For guests NOT attending the convention

Guest Ticket Registrations Must be Postmarked by June 1st 2009

To purchase a 4th of July BBQ Buffet ticket for guests 13 or over, the cost will be $50 per person.
To purchase a Fisher Cats Baseball game ticket and buffet for guests the cost will be $30 per person.
To purchase a Sunday morning pancake breakfast for guests the cost will be $15 per person.

Please make checks payable to NH 2009 Convention and mail check and fully completed official form for each person to:

All convention registrants must be 13 or older to attend.


Refund Policy
The convention planning team must receive written notification prior to 12/1/2008 to reimburse the full registration amount. Written cancellations received between 12/1/2008 and 3/1/2009 will be refunded half of their registration fees.
No cancellation refunds will be given after 3/1/2009.
Registrations cannot be sold, traded or gifted.
Anyone who attempts to attend the NH 2009 Convention under any name other than their own will not be allowed entry.

Prize Drawings
You must be present to win a prize at the NH 2009 Convention.
If you have purchased a registration and do not attend, you will not be included in any prize drawings.

Badges and Attendance
Attendees and ticketed guests must wear their badges during all portions of the convention and related activities. The Convention Planning Team will be closely monitoring and ensuring that only people with appropriate registrations and tickets will be allowed entrance.

The Convention Planning Team is attempting to host the most prize filled convention possible. There will be great prizes given away at all sessions including Thursday's Ice Cream Social and Sunday's Pancake Breakfast. Attendees who do not schedule their flights and hotels to allow them to attend the full convention run the risk of missing great prize opportunities.
The same risk is assumed by people who are late to any session.

Fees and Deadlines
Registrations postmarked on or after 12/1/2008 will be $185 per person.


The final date for registration is 5/7/2009 or if we reach 750 attendees. We will not be able to accept any registrations postmarked after 5/7/2009.
